Returns & Refunds Policy

This policy applies to purchases directly from 3D Utopia, including orders completed through our Shopify checkout and agreed custom orders. Please read the product description and any agreed specifications before ordering. For purchases on another marketplace, also use that marketplace’s return process and applicable buyer protections.

Standard products: 14-day returns

For standard, non-personalized products, you may request a change-of-mind return within 14 calendar days after delivery. The item must be unused, undamaged and in its original condition, with all included parts and packaging where reasonably possible. Please provide your order number or other proof of purchase. These condition requirements apply to change-of-mind returns, not valid claims concerning damaged, defective or incorrect goods.

Personalized and custom-made products

We do not accept change-of-mind returns for items personalized with names, text, photographs, logos or customer designs, or for bespoke products made to your agreed specifications. This includes changing your mind about an approved design or correctly reproduced personalization you supplied. A standard design being produced after you order does not, by itself, make it a bespoke product. Your product page identifies the applicable return category; contact us before ordering if you are unsure.

This exclusion does not remove remedies if the item arrives damaged, is defective, is incorrect, or does not match the agreed specifications. It does not limit any rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

How to request a return

Email 3d.utopia2025@gmail.com with your order number, the item and the reason for your request. For an eligible standard-product return, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Please contact us before sending anything back; do not send returns to an unconfirmed address.

Return shipping and fees

For eligible change-of-mind returns, you pay the return shipping cost. Original delivery charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns unless required by applicable law. We do not charge a restocking fee. Please pack the item securely and keep proof of return shipment.

If we supplied a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will arrange an appropriate remedy and cover necessary return shipping costs where a return is required. Any refund of delivery charges required by law will also be provided.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as reasonably possible after discovering a problem, including for personalized and custom-made items. Your order number and photographs of the item and packaging can help us resolve it. We will assess the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement or refund, taking account of applicable consumer rights. The 14-day change-of-mind window does not limit rights or remedies provided by law for these issues.

Refunds

For an eligible return, we will inspect the returned item and issue the approved refund to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving it, or sooner where required by law. If no physical return is required, we will issue the agreed refund within 7 business days after approval. We will notify you of the outcome. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the credit. Contact us if you have not received the refund after the provider’s normal processing time.

Order changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. Personalized and bespoke work may already be in design or production, so changes and voluntary cancellations depend on the stage of work and any terms agreed for that order. This does not affect applicable statutory cancellation rights or remedies for non-delivery, defective, damaged or incorrect goods.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in this policy limits or excludes any mandatory rights, guarantees or remedies available under applicable consumer law. Where the law gives you greater protection, that protection applies.
