These terms apply to the 3D Utopia studio website at studio.3dutopia.com and its customer inquiry and messaging features.

Custom requests

Submitting a design, photo, message, or custom request is an inquiry. It does not place a paid order, reserve production time, or guarantee acceptance. We confirm the design, materials, dimensions, price, payment requirements, and estimated schedule with you before production begins.

Accounts and messages

Provide accurate contact information and keep your account credentials private. Use only your own account. Your saved requests and replies are available through your account when the relevant features are enabled. Replies appear in your account. Enable email project updates in My profile to request reply notifications. Contact us directly for time-sensitive questions.

Your designs and photos

Upload only content you own or have permission to use. You retain ownership of your submitted designs. By submitting content, you allow us to store, review, and use it to discuss and fulfill your requested project. Submission alone does not authorize public marketing use of your photos or designs. We may decline requests we cannot appropriately produce.

Purchases and payment

Payment is required at the time of ordering. Local pickup and shipping options are available; arrangements and shipping costs are confirmed before ordering.

Purchases through linked Square checkout or external stores are subject to the product details and checkout terms shown there. A checkout link may apply to one specific product rather than the full catalog. Confirm the item before paying. Changes, cancellations and delivery arrangements for custom work are discussed for the specific order. Our Returns & Refunds Policy explains 14-day standard-product returns, personalized and bespoke exclusions, and remedies for damaged, defective or incorrect products. Applicable consumer rights remain unaffected.

Acceptable use

Do not submit unlawful or abusive content, impersonate another person, access another customer's records, or interfere with the website. Access may be restricted to protect customers and the service.

Availability and updates

We may update the website and its features. Availability and estimated project schedules can change. These terms do not replace the specific terms agreed for a confirmed order.
